Goals: 1. 180/185 pounds or size 12/14 (whichever comes first) 2. Tone and shape my legs, thighs and arms
Personal Motivators: • I will be able to wear my size 12 dresses for the Black & White Affair Dec 06 and on the cruise in 2007. • I will have maintained control in what I eat and my exercise. • I will reach my size 12/14 with all my 16's too big. • I will continue to shop at any store. • I will be able to wear my swimsuit with no skirt no wrap.
• My thunder thighs will be gone. • Self sabotage will be a thing of the past.

I always get inspired to keep trying to lose the buldge every time I leave your site.

This was a pretty good week. The only challenging day was our annual church picnic on Saturday. I had 2 pieces of chicken and a slice of cantaloupe. Later I had a couple more pieces of chicken. When I got home, I zapped some spinach so I could get some veggies in for the day. I made sure I drank plenty of water. I also tested my TOM theory. I don't remember complaining or blaming TOM so much early in my journey. It's seems lately that's all I have been doing – up because of TOM. Actually I was up because I caved in to the cravings during TOM. This week I was determined not to do that. Since I started this round on June 6th, I have pretty much been on plan except for the salsa and chips and the oversized portions at my family reunion. Usually I crave cashews during TOM because of the salt maybe
. My plan was to drink plenty of water, focus on each meal, and stay away from the "semi legal" foods. I was rewarded for my efforts. 
and getting closer to my low of 185. My goal was 2 pounds and I exceeded that and moved back into the 180's. Now to make it stay and continue to go down
. When I talked to the Lean for Life coach on last week, I didn't want to be too excited about the 192 because I had been there before and would go back up the next week. I was determined for that not to happen this time. Well I must say I am excited about the 189
. Maybe this means I have broken the barrier that was causing me to play around with those same 5 pounds for 4 months - whether it was mental or physical. I am setting another 2 pound goal for next week. I have added a weight tracker at the top of each journal entry. Countdown to goal - 19 pounds to go. I haven't posted one of these in awhile.
